If you love contemporary lines and abstracts, so do I! My work is a reflection of my passion for color and my love of minimalistic abstractionism.
After a career in corporate America, I decided to dive into my love of art full time. I paint with acrylics as well as mixed media elements. Each piece can take months to produce as they have thick textures and multiple layers. I could never have imagined the journey that was ahead of me. Here’s a little bit more about my art and my clients.
I am an artist with a zest for vivid hues and abstract visions. Her creations dive into how a mere line, a shape, or a dash of color can tantalize the mind into deciphering a deeper message. Armed with acrylics, palette knives, and broad brushes, I layer my canvases—or digital canvases—with rich, intricate textures. If you gaze intently, you might spot hidden images nestled within these layers. My art springs from a mysterious, indescribable place deep within. My ultimate delight is that magical instant when my artwork truly resonates with someone. “From that moment on, we’re family.”
I have shown my work at multiple Arizona galleries like The Walter Gallery, Sisao Gallery, First Studio and the WHAM Gallery. My one-woman shows at The Mayo Clinic, Arizona State University Library and 5th Avenue Foundry were quite beautiful and moving. My pieces are in corporation collections and on the walls of beautiful homes in Arizona and elsewhere. My art has been the recipient of the Vortex Art Award, Artist of Promise Award and, most recently, the President’s Award at Scottsdale Community College. You can also find my work in Art Collector magazine and in local art features like the Foothills Focus.
